I was quite disappointed that when I got to the location the parking spot was already taken, which caused me to lose quite a bit of time. It made me question whether I was in the right spot, so I drove around first and the had to call the owner of the parking spot. That caused me to run late, so I had to run with two pieces of luggage and a backpack to the train station.
I understand mistakes can be made, but the owner of the parking spot has one job: to keep the parking spot available for the person who paid for it in the allocated time.

The parking space is in a really convenient location close to the station and the explanation/map provided makes it very easy to find the location. The owner is very helpful and responsive if you have qny questions. He called us before we arrived to make sure we find the place and we felt safe to use the spot because the whole parking process was contactless
