Parking on Tiverton Drive, BB2

Very helpful very friendly lady really wide space and safe

Made a booking from 18:00 - 22:30. The booking confirmation states that you must knock on door/ring bell before parking on drive. We arrived at 18:50 and the homeowner did not answer the door. There was already 3 other vehicles parked up and the only space left was in front of garage. I believed at this point the logical thing to do was to park outside the front of address to avoid any disruption with said garage/cars. This resulted in me reveiving a PCN from local council, this is by no means any fault of the homeowner but it appears my common sense may have resulted in a fine and thought this review may prevent anybody in the future receiving a fine. All that been said location was great for a short walk to stadium and we got the 3 points so it wasnt all bad!!
