We arrived at our pre booked car park to find we did not have a spot! Was full of cars, yet we spent over 30 for our spot! Disgusting unprofessional service

JustPark is such a great idea and the website is easy to use and you can book parking quickly, choosing which space is most convenient for you and knowing when you travel that a space is waiting for you, which is a major de-stresser. So why the poor review? Reached our destination to find that the small, privately owned car park that we had booked a space in was full. Gates were left open and there were signs saying you could just park and ring to pay. Really bad experience. Such a shame.
