I parked and attended a funeral. To extend by 30 minutes you demanded that I extend by 4 hours. With my time expired I tried to pay a new parking session I was told that I could not for 2 hours so I went to the coin machine and paid 50p. Please allow short extensions and allow an immediate new session or the machine is more flexible than your service.

How else am I supposed to rate this? It's a carpark. I have a car that needed parking. I had no choice but to pay the required fee!

The app got stuck on processing the payment, so my friend tried- nothing was going through on her phone. So I then used cash. Ten mins later the app processed both previous payments so for half an hour we paid 2.50 instead of 50p!!!

Easy to find, and as a blue badge holder, get an additional hour free. I believe that applies to all DCC Car Parks.
