Why was I charged twice for the same parking session? I paid for the first 3 hours at £3.30 . Later I added one hour using the app. A fee of £4.80 came up. I assumed I would be charged the difference between the two charges for the extra hour, ie £1.50. Instead I was charged the full £4.80 on top of the £3.30 I had already paid. Why?
