It’s a car park. One of the payment machines was out of order. Luckily we had the app. The car model was not listed under Škoda so it took much longer to pay until we decided to use ‘other’ as an option. A bit later received a text asking if wanted insurance for the car park!

The car park itself is great. The pay machine wasn't working so I paid on JustPark app. The signage said an extra 10p per transaction for using the app however the actual transaction charge was 60p :( False advertising I believe - sort yourselves out JustPark!

The app did not allow me to extend my parking. Kick in the teeth to offer payment is app and then being told you have to leave the c p for 180 before extending your booking.
Poor service by Cornwall council as I am a council tax payer

Public car park. Free overnight and easy to pay on app first thing to cover us for the first hour of chargeable parking without leaving the accommodation
