Car Parker inspector was very helpful as I’ve never used online parking before but he reassured me I’d done it right and he was very polite and friendly

Because the car park is now adjacent to a closed and boarded up B&M, it was difficult to work out where to park and the area felt abandoned and run down. I decided against leaving the car there overnight.

Easy carpark to get to, easy to pay for parking although the machines don't accept card so you do have to download the app. Convenient if you need to pop into town

I gave this score because of a parking agent, who could not understand that I didn't have change on me and needed to install app or get some coins from a shop near the car park. He wanted to fine me because he thought I wanted to avoid paying, but I didn't. Just simply the parking machine didn't accept card payment. Elseway the car park was fine.

Huge amount of youths circling the car park on bikes. Seemed a little worrying. Car park was fine, we was one of two cars in it.
