I tried to add another hour to my original ticket the app was confusing and I ended up paying an additional £5.50 for the extra few minutes needed so £9.70 was a ridiculous amount to pay for 3 1/2 hours

payment machine didn't work with payment card on swipe or entry into machine. Had to get daughter in law to pay by phone at home, and I doubled payment by eventually loading the payment app myself with great difficulty .

Hi there we tried parking here and it was not going through. We tried several times but it didn't go through so we moved to Central Car park. You can see by my transaction that we moved within the time frame that it was booked here. Please can you reimburse me of the 3.10 from here that I didn't use. Thanks
