This was our first time using JustPark.
We were a bit nervous once we got to our parking destination, which was a hotel carpark, so checked with the receptionist to make sure that we wouldn't come back to find the car wheels clamped.
Everything worked perfectly & will definitely using JustPark again.

Parking was overbooked... I had booked a slot from 1pm - 7.30pm... There was no parking available when I reach on sight. Got a place at 3pm even I had a booking from 1pm. When we spoke to the hotel staff. They couldn't help.. And receptionist stated that they had infoform just park one day prior not to take any extra booking. Finaly I parked my car on the unmarked area where I should not be parking. I iinform the same to hotel reception staff and made them aware of my parking situation. But it's not fare when I had paid in advance from 1pm - 7.30pm and got a parking place at 3pm. Is it fare. It was unwanted stress for me and family. Kids couldn't enjoy the beach time coz we all were looking for parking space for 2 hours. Whole family day was spoiled. When we over stays then paid time.... We have to pay for the extra time or we get penalties. But if we had paid in advance and no space was available. Hope this feedback will taken seriously and solution will be provided. Looking forward. Best regards
