Ideal location close to Afc Bournemouth. Short walk to the ground and avoids the congestion around the club car park area. Off-road at the rear of the property so feels safe.

Brilliant space, easy to find, good quick access to and from the A338!
Used as a visiting supporter to the Vitality Stadium, walked to Boscombe beach before the game, easy 20 min ish walk!
Would 100% recommend and use again if needed.
