It was all good. But the charging plug did not fit my VW, so will have to park elsewhere in the future. Great for regular parking though.

I felt extremely uncomfortable returning to my car on my own in the evening. The lift wasn't working properly and wouldn't come down to ground floor when requested. It appeared to be stuck on the third floor when I used the stairs. The stairways appeared to have someone recently sleeping there making me feel vulnerable as a lone female.
