Narrow space but dead end road giving slow vehicle movements

However on the BCP label where the code is for 'just park' the actual code was missing the last digit, so I had to try all possibilities until I got to '9' which finally came up as the right road, so had to trust there was only one location in this long road! Would appreciate the label being mended.

Ridiculously expensive now and minimum an hour parking. Used to be the perfect place to grab a quick parking spot for 15 minutes, now always busy, crammed with cars that can't turn around properly as people block the turning area, and costs £2.50 for a 10 minute run into the bank!
