I am not happy that Justpark forced my fee up from £1.20 - 1 hour. to £1.70, a 2 hour fee. As I was in a hurry, I paid this higher sum. Using Just park , you eliminated my ability to chose the one hour fee. Thzt was all the time I neeeded.
This is plain WRONG. Please stop this practice I would appreciate a reply. Thank you. Anthony McCaffrey

There is only one pay station ticket machine and this is now disabled do you have to use this app.

The signage was too inadequate. Other parts of Dorset allow additional time for disabled blue badge and didn't see if this was available here. very poor.

Machine to use contact less was not working. Took 15 minutes to sort out payment, as I did not have just park app.

Nightmare last night in Fisherman's Walk car park. No four figure code to enter so had to phone details. What a waste of time, You have all my details and it still took five minutes to get it sorted. What's wrong with having pay machines for card transactions? What about people who don't have mobile phones, are they not allowed to park anymore? What a rubbish system.
