I have used this parking space many times before with no issues and it has always been 5 stars! Unfortunately when I arrived for a hospital visit, there was no space available - the car park was full! There was quite a lot of trash in the carpark near to the back entrance of the building which if cleared, would probably mean that a 4th car would fit.
