the app directions took me down a closed road, and also issued 2 postcodes however I followed app directions that didn't work.
I therefore have no faith in your system, and have trust in your company.

We were unable to use the car park due to roadworks throughout the centre of Bradford had to find another car park and missed the start of the pantomime… very unhappy

My parking spot was occupied by a parking attendant's car. He refused to move saying the parking spots don't have numbers and that I can park in other free spots.
Plenty of spaces, car park seemed a bit dirty, not sure how safe it is didn't really see many cameras but there was a member of parking staff.

I have just received a bus penalty notice after accessing this space and the only way to approach is through a bus lane which runs in front of this car park. I have now either got to spend time going back and forth to resolve which is an issue due to having a life or will need to fork out £35 to pay the charge. Don't go near. My relationship with JustPark is done also as there is no mention of this anywhere on thir instruction.

When we entered the car park it looked as if it was a derelict site. It appeared to be full of builders rubbish, hundreds of items of litter and barricades around our allotted space. Signage was poor and had to circle the car park three times until we found the allotted space which was barricaded off.Walking in and out of the car park we did not feel safe and therefore we will not be using this space again.
