The car park was not at all useful for the destination it was suggested for. Complete waste of time and money as we had to move to a new car park

Parking easy to find and plenty of room. However the time quoted to Kew Gardens is very misleading. It took a good half hour to get to the Elizabeth Gate as you have to cross the river by Kew Bridge

Very happy with this carpark. Easy to find, easy to park, lovely area and glad its indoor. Slightly longer walk to Kew gardens than I thought but I would definitely use it again

We stayed 4mins over our time and was changed an extra £7 I think this was unreasonable and would not book with you in the future.
