Very happy with this carpark. Easy to find, easy to park, lovely area and glad its indoor. Slightly longer walk to Kew gardens than I thought but I would definitely use it again

We stayed 4mins over our time and was changed an extra £7 I think this was unreasonable and would not book with you in the future.

I booked to park at the Ferry Quays car park as it stated it was only .69 miles from Kew Gdns. As it turned out it was a lot further than that. My fault for rushing and not checking the map. In the end we found lots of spaces on a side road very close to Kew Gdns with permit only 10am till noon which was fine for us
