Hello, I could park as expected, but the evaluation of the time to walk from the parking slot to Kew Gardens did not make sense. It took me a good 30 mins quick walk to reach the closest entrance.

I asked for a parking space near Kew Gardens. This website entry stated it was 0.65 miles from Kew Gardens. It was actually over 1.5 miles and it took us 55 minutes to walk. GROSS MISREPRESENTATION!!

I couldn't find where to park. I looked up and down the street and wasn't sure if it was in one of the residential carparks or in an industrial/business carpark. Ended up on the street and got a ticket. Would appreciate a refund as I don't think it was clearly marked enough. Thank you.

Very easy to find the place, especially since clear pictures of the parking spot are provided.
I asked if I could stay for another 30 minutes since I was running late to get the car back and my request was granted within a few minutes.
