I accessed my Just go app and assumed I had paid for my parking with Apple Pay. I was asked to verify my phone number which I did. I then got an email later saying I needed to reregister so my payment had not been processed. I then pd again but this was after I'd already been parked for an hour. Very upset that I may get a parking ticket

It was the app that was a little tricky. Having to extend the parking every day as I was staying locally involved a little bit of to-ing and fro-ing to get the length of time correct. I am sure this was caused by the free period in between. I couldn't find a button to pay for the whole stay Monday to Friday.

Got a parking ticket because my motorbike wasn't in the motorbike bay even though I paid to park there when motorbikes should be free, not impressed

The main frustration was having to download yet another App. Why can’t car park operators collaborate and use a common App across the UK.
