With the confusion from other users about the code I checked on arrival with the chap in the office. The barrier was already open when I arrived so I just drove in. He then told me to download the Just Park App and 'check in' by tapping on the 'open barrier' button on my booking. And then I needed to do the same (in the Just Park app) when I exited the next day. The barrier was open again anyway so I clicked the button in the app, drive through and then went back to check that I wouldn't get a ticket. He said all would be well :)

The parking spot is fine. Reason for 3 star is we had trouble getting out. The barrier wouldn't open so had to get somebody to open it for us.

The button push to open the gates on leaving didn't work. You need to sync up with their anpr system so you can just drive out. Hopeless

Very easy to book, at the best price in the area (that's Brighton), and although I didn't realise that I needed to download the app, the man in the office was really helpful and let me out at the barrier!
In future, I'll download the app...
