This car park is in a pedestrian zone (within The Lanes), but cars are allowed to drive through to reach the car park. Instructions on this are provided upon booking. Please refer to the pictures, and instructions carefully.

Unfortunately the Waze instructions don't take you there without walking
Google maps took me one way but (and not the apps fault) but the road was blocked by a delivery van with no driver (it was midnight) also the accompanying written instructions are too complex to read when alone driving, let alone navigating a busy Brighton seafront on Friday night. I ended up parking in the Lanes (for less cost)

I'm not happy we couldn't find the address for the parking spot. There were a few roads closed nearby which didn't help due to road works. What a waste of 16 pounds we ended parking in a public car park and paid 8 pounds Not sure if I'll be using this app again.

Easy to find if you follow the directions given to you carefully. Luckily I had someone in the car with me to help or might have been tricky! I used the app to open the gate remotely and it was brilliant. The spaces are tight and there was rubbish and a trolley that I had to move out of the way to park in a space which wasn't ideal.

Couldn’t find it. Google maps told us to walk to the destination! Not very helpful? Had to find somewhere else to park.

If you follow the instructions it's easy enough to find, as others have said codes didn't work and once we got into the car park the codes didn't let us out. We were stuck there until a local told us there code. That being said the car park was nice and felt very safe leaving the car there.

Directions very good but seemed awkward going through no entry signs but was the simplest way to the car park ,on arrival had problem with code, trying to exit as a pedestrian difficult, as we got to the the exit another car entered so managed to get out ,on return meet another couple who had the same problem slightly easier to get in to retrieve car and exit !!

This space is difficult to find and the directions are out of date. When you get to Bella Italia you need to turn left into the pedestrianised area and then bear left.
When we arrived, there was not a space available, luckily someone left but this was 25mins after my start time. The phone connection is also poor in this area to access the code for the gate.
The positives are the parking is very safe and central to town.
