Parking space on Clifton Hill, BN1

Due to scaffolding using part of one of the parking spaces it was extremely tight to park the car, that includes a small entrance to the two spaces, in addition, due to work on the scaffolding debris was scattered all over the car bonnet and windscreen. The gate to the spaces is rusted and there's a knack to opening and closing, made me nervous about leaving the car. Unfortunately I wouldn't use this as an option again.

Very tight space - fine for my Smart car - but might be worth noting for anything larger

On arrival there was already another car parked and in the area left scaffolding blocking a third of the remaining space. The parking area is not really fit for larger vehicles and definitely not with the scaffolding poles up. I did manage to squeeze my car in with a lot of effort leaving maybe an inch space between the back of the two cars. I was concerned about my car being damaged by other vehicles due to the lack of space. I nearly asked for a refund as it was quite stressful but obviously found a solution.

Supposed to be two spaces there but there is no way another car would have fitted next to mine had that space been booked too.

Scaffolding made parking extremely difficult managed to park, just, without blocking the other vehicle. There were gates but broken and not locked

Only negative comment to make was there was scaffolding on the building which reduced the parking access. My husband manged to park our Volvo XC60, butit wass tight. Without the scaffold, it would have been fine. Very safe & easy access to town centre & sea front.

this space was not as close as described. realistic 25mins to town on a very steep incline. please be mindful of this when booking

Once found parking was good even with a suv. Suggestion would be to photograph the opposite side of the drive, as the blue garages were easier to find, then it's easier to locate. Overall perfect for our needs. Thank you
