Parking space on Clifton Hill, BN1

My daughter and I booked adjacent spaces. One of the spaces was occupied for the entire weekend by another vehicle. We had no contact details to enable us to contact the owner of the space. As we were together we were able to park bumper to bumper but it is not good enough, a refund is required and these spaces need to be removed from your service as they do not seem to be available to those who have booked and paid for them.

Thank you Justpark. The parking space was convenient and safe. Just that the gate was to small for my car and l end up denting the car a little bit.

Easy to find, good secure location, no fuss. Lovely pub nearby for a great Sunday lunch.

I had booked the space from 2.30pm until 12pm the following day, I arrived at 2.30pm and the space was taken, I had somewhere to be so left my car parked behind the car in my space with a note asking them to call me when they had arrived to collect their car, they did not call me until 5pm and demanded I came to move my car so they could get out. By this point I was far away and could not get back. I then received another call from a lovely lady who had reserved the other space until midnight but arrived to collect her car early at 10.30pm to find she could not get out as my car was blocking the entrance. The lady had a young child and needed to get home, non of this was her fault so therefore I had to cut my night out for a birthday celebration short and get an Uber back to move my car which cost me money. I also had to ask the lady to move my car for me as I had been drinking which I felt extremely uncomfortable with being that it was a total stranger. If I had known I would be spending £20 for a parking space that was not available and then an additional £10 in Uber costs aswell as totally spoiling my evening in Brighton I would have just paid the price of a secure car park closer to where I was staying. Extremely disappointed and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

another user over stayed their booking which caused us to become boxed in. we had a 3 month old baby with us and this lead to a very stressful difficult situation.

The parking space was a bit tight at the gate but fine once in I was one of 3 vehicles. The instructions to parking space were not so good. We had to phone JustPark twice to find the location. I think saying it’s on your right on entering Cliftonhill Road, with black gates would be more helpful. Very safe. Would use again.

The experience with just park itself (the website and booking) was easy and straightforward. The parking space itself wasn't as highlighted as described.

Very unsatisfactory experience as when I arrived the space was already occupied by another driver. Very unhelpful customer support who said they couldn't contact the owner as it's the weekend-surely the space shouldn't be available then!! Offered a refund but couldn't assist with alternative spaces as was the half marathon weekend so everywhere was booked-I was fuming
