Perfect location for a day in Brighton!! Not too close to the beach front, so expect a little walk. But perfect for a day out! Would use again for sure!

All seemed fine with this booking, and the space was within reasonable distance of the hospital, where I was visiting my mother. Then I received a fixed penalty notice for £100 (£60 if payment made within 14 days) from GroupNexus. They had contacted DVLA to get my name and address. I needed to appeal via a website to show that I had paid for the parking space for the times I was there. This was not easy because the website would not allow the email from JustPark to be added, so I had to do a screen shot from my phone and transfer to my laptop to upload a photo. All took time and energy and technical skills. The appeal was successful, but there was no apology, no explanation, no human interaction whatsoever, even though I asked for an explanation. JustPark said they could not help at all because there was on online appeals system. With my mother in hospital and me travelling 70 miles to visit her, I didn't need this. OK, so they cancelled the fixed penalty notice, but would I park there again? Sorry, no.
