Very convenient parking and access through to the Hilton where we were staying but chose Just Park because gave a longer parking time. Have used before and will definitely use again for convenience of knowing you have a space.

Even though we had prebooked the car park was full. We had to wait more than half an hour for a space to come free, and that was just luck. The spaces were small and some turns were very tight. Too many cars were allowed in for the space available.

The app was excellent with directions and updates and allowing me to extend parking with just 6 minutes left to go ! Very happy with it. However the parking at the Brighton metropole was AWFUL . I had to drive around for 20 mins to find a space in a very very small car park before a space was available. I donnt drive a large car but there wasn't enough room to manoeuvre around . I don't recommend this car park

Easy to find and book. Spaces incredibly small. I have a mini and still struggled. Eventually found a space but took a while.

I was really disappointed when we got to the car park and there weren’t any spaces. I called the hotel and they told me to ask you for a refund. That wasn’t the point as we needed a space and had booked in advance. You shouldn’t over book car parks
