Terrible car park too small and insufficient information to get out or get back in again wouldn’t use it again

I would advise anyone booking this to just be aware there are VERY limited spots! There are two levels - once you go down from the first one, you can't go back up again (unless you exit and circle the very congested block again)! Recommend circling the top floor for a bit then going down. It took me maybe 20 mins to find a spot and I got very lucky. I wasn't aware it would be so small. Very tight too.

Don't bother booking in advance, your space is not guaranteed and it's much cheaper to just drive there and pay. Hilton said 9 hours would have been £18 if I paid at the reception. Here it was £32 plus service charge. It's more that cheeky

Booked the car park and there was not 1 space despite driving around and waiting then going out and coming back in wasted 45 mins so £36 wasted and had to go to another car park for overnight parking I’m disgusted and won’t use this app again ! I deserve a full refund!!

I paid over £30 to park my car in a car park that was completely full. It took over an hour to wait for someone to leave so I could use the space. I thought pre-paid parking was to ensure you had a space waiting when you arrived. really bad service from just park. Will never use again!

Clear directions to locate car park entrance but no guidance on how, as a pedestrian, you get out of the car park. I had to wait for a person picking up their car to help me.

Very convenient location, easy to find, a lot of free spaces, the only minus, Gate was broken at exit.

Had no major issues parking here. Looking at previous reviews, I would advise setting your destination to St Margaret's Place which will take you directly to the car park and avoid struggling to find it. I did not have difficulty parking but I can see why some spaces are described as small and tight if you're parking next to a pillar or in between larger cars but everything was fine when I returned to my car after staying overnight in Brighton. When leaving, the gates at the exit did not open but after using the intercom the lady at the other end asked me if I'd booked through an app to which I confirmed and the gates were opened straight away. No issue or fuss. I would park here again. Only reason not 5 star is because of trying to get the code for the pedestrian gate was a little tricky!
