You will need to get out of your car and go to the right of the barrier to find the key pad to get in the car park.

The key pad is not readily visible from inside your vehicle. It might be useful to explain you have to leave the car and find it on the side of the left hand post. Maybe add an arrow to the photo indicating its location

code supplied got me into the car park but did not let me out on foot so I was forced to exit via vehicle ramp. code did not let me in on foot to get my car and I had to ask hotel staff to let me through.
