Great price and good location but no dropped curb makes parking quite difficult :(

All great but beware that the dropped kerb doesn't cover the space .... you need to go up kerb in front of window and then manoeuvre onto space in front of door of no. 36. Other than that tho, good space. Easy 8 min walk to Laines area. Will def use again.
