Great parking space and easy to find - leaves were covering the number on the spaces was my only issue and had to get out and clear leaves to find the right one! Really useful space and not far to walk to the breast care centre which was my reason for visit.

Good off road parking. Clear directions, clearly marked parking spot and reasonable cost. The only minor gouse was that the photo was oldf and the appartment block that looked very attractive in the phoyp in currently covered in scaffolding

Excellent spot, reasonably priced (by Brighton standards!) and in the shade on a hot day. Easy to find and easy to park in. Perfect for a visit to Preston park.

All great apart from returning to find a generous coating of bird poo all over my car, presumably from birds nesting in the tree that the parking space is underneath.
