Short walk to the Amex Football stadium through the woods we are the closest road to park in to go to the Amex.
There is a newsagents, Fast Food takeaway and Pub at the end of our road where you would be parking.
DIRECTIONS TO THE FOOTBALL STADIUM:
Once parked walk down Rushlake Road, turn left, go passed the shops, when you come to the end of the road cross over and walk through the woods to the Football Stadium, the walk is about 15-20 minutes.

Great space. Highly recommend it. You just have to be careful, the curb is there (so don't use a lowered car) and road is busy with parked cars, so manoeuvres could be tricky.
But no problems at all. Spoke to the host who was super friendly and gave us directions to the Amex. 20-25 min walk. Will book again. And what a score today ;-)

We booked the parking so we could be in walking distance to attend a Brighton game at The AMEX.
Rather than being given a space on the driveway shown in the picture, we were given a permit to park on the street and told to find ourselves a space closeby.
Anyone who has been to a Brighton home game would know this is madness - almost impossible to find a parking space in my view, especially in the dark, heavy rain, and for someone not from the area . The local area is jam packed on match days with minimal space anywhere.
Fortunately, I knew that the house owner had a car parked on the street and I asked him to move his car so we could have that space.
This really shouldn't have been necessary though. Not impressed on this occasion.
