Car Park on St. Georges Place, BN1

Couldn’t use the space directions terrible no space available complete waste of money

Directions very confusing and led us to a place where there were no spaces at all to park!

The parking was available and served the purpose well. A fair walk back to it after the marathon but suitable. Access on the day was awkward due to road closures as tge entrance was just inside the closed area. Also we had to go the wrong way up a one way street to get there, lucky it was early.

I put the coordinates from the directions given for this car park directly into my satnav and, after driving round and round Brighton’s tortuous one way system for half an hour or so, we gave up and paid for the council car park just off Trafalgar Street. The coordinates take you to Pelham Square which is nit where the car park is apparently! I’d recommend walking or cycling there before actually parking as I’m sure it’s fine once you’ve figured out how to get there! However, like Brigadoon, it may exist only when the stars align and today was not that day for us!

Would advise to thoroughly read instructions before booking this space, it is difficult to find but if you follow the instructions exactly it makes it easier. Didn't end up using it the first night as couldn't find it! But I think that's also down to arriving in the dark! I'd reccomend arriving in the light to make this easier ! We found it easily the next morning and it was a perfect space for the weekend!

The car parking site is a good location in the North Lanes but quite difficult to find, even with the sat nav, we felt we round in circles then suddenly realised we were at the right place ,thanks to the paintings on the buildings, it's a very very tight turn into the parking lot, as you warn not suitable for large vehicles, we just about got our X type in, so if your driving anything larger , be advised this might not be good for you, price wise considering it's Brighton, very reasonable.

Struggled to find the carpark, really narrow entrance struggled to get car down the alley and not street lit at night, felt very unsafe.
