Great space for central Brighton! Space located off-road in a cul de sac on The Graperies in Brighton. The space is big enough to fit estate cars / 4x4s. Just a 5-minute walk from the sea-front and 10 minutes from both the Royal Pavilion and the Sussex County Hospital. Also, 2 mins from Kemptown. Also want to add that my space is off Park street which is off the Eastern Road and also Edward Street which are main roads. So easy to get to. No one way systems that happen in the town near the station

F (the owner) went above and beyond. The lady who had previously booked the space I had reserved had booked incorrectly, and was still parked there when her booking expired. I arrived to find a vehicle in the space.
Fiona was trying her best to communicate with just park to get the woman to remove her car. Meanwhile she sorted out an alternative space for me, without delaying my busy day, for which I was very grateful.
I heard later that the woman who had overstayed refused to move her car when just park asked her to vacate. I hope Fiona was compensated by just park, and that the lady who had acted in such a selfish way was penalised for her mistake and rudeness.
Thank you F, it was lovely to meet you over my 4 day stay. I highly recommend this parking spot. Easy to access, secure and large enough for my large SUV.

Great space, great location, really helpful host. Spacious parking spot, felt safe and secure, close to all the major tourist attractions and easy to find using the sat nav. Would highly recommend this space.

The owner came out to greet us and made sure we were in the space properly. Brilliant spot just 10 mins walk to town centre perfect for Brighton Pride!! Highly recommended!!
