There was no space available even though I had paid for it, I had to go to another car park - I want my money back!

No spaces available! Spoke to staff and answer was sorry, you will have to claim a refund! What sort of service is that?
Tried to get close to venue due to having a heavily pregnant female in the group and save a walk. Won't use again. No control over spaces. Really disappointed with availability, this from a dedicated city fan who the four of us stop in The Robins for a drink on the way to match.

A joke. There were absolutely no spaces in the car park when we got there. The car park was rammed with cars parked everywhere, no spaces and no room to manoeuvre. Will be claiming a refund
