After paying on the Just Park App the barrier did not lift and no reply was obtained on the call button. After reversing out (very awkward! only one gate operational and queue of cars behind) we called from a parking machine and were advised how to proceed :(

There needs to be more signage with the location ID. Certainly the guy on the helpline at the barrier should know it! Would have saved me reversing precariously at a busy time

Unable to use my JustPark credit

I paid by the Just Park app, however when I reached the exit it told me to refer to the cashier. There was no one in the car park information office so I took the ticket to the pay machine. I then had to pay again, so have paid £6.20 on the app and then just another £4.20.
