Unable to use my JustPark credit

I paid by the Just Park app, however when I reached the exit it told me to refer to the cashier. There was no one in the car park information office so I took the ticket to the pay machine. I then had to pay again, so have paid £6.20 on the app and then just another £4.20.

The gate didn't open when we left. The machine said to contact the desk but the phone didn't work on the gate so had to move to another gate in the hope it worked.
