the app says go it opens immediately for you as your car will be recognised, it didn't. when I was done, spent over 20mins, it refused letting me out, called repeatedly for help, the staff on the phone was very rude and unprofessional

Had no idea how to exit. Had to find an employee ( lucky that one was walking around at midnight) and had to talk to someone on an intercom that was so bad couldn't hear a word. They opened the barrier, but it was a lot of hassle.
