Parking on Downside Road, BS48

I don't know how to contact the parking space owner but my car was moved 6 miles to another parking space and when we returned on the 5th November the exhaust had moved so rattled and the car was very muddy on the back end, I don't know if it got stuck and had to be towed from somewhere or what has happened but it's now in a garage being fixed at a cost of £300. What if anything can I do about this please?

Very convenient parking if you are flying from Bristol Airport. The hosts were polite and explained the pick up procedure as we had a night flight on our return and they text us to confirm which key safe the keys would be in and the code to open it. Very easy process. We had two cars parked there and they were parked in a convenient way for us to drive out. Would definitely use them again!

Abusive. Couldnt get hold of anybody on phone or on messages. Instructions says : we "may" require your car keys. The person called me next day and abused me on phone that I was stupid and how could I not leave the keys with him. But the truth is there was nobody there to collect the keys. I wouldn't want to use this parking space or the app ever. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It's a good cost affective way to overcome the airport charges, however it's not for parents with young families. We landed later in the evening, and the walk from the airport was dark with some parts of the walk had no street lights or pavement to walk along safely

I found the whole experience easy & stress free on entry and exit. It was a very quick and simple procedure.

First time using just park, Booking, dropping off and collection straight forward, communication was good via txt messages, convenient & competitive pricing

We have used this parking before for the airport and found it to be excellent but this time we got a huge shock to come back and find serious damage to the front panel, wheel arch and drivers door. Messaged the space owner photos and asked if there was any cctv and just didn't get a reply so hugely disappointed and massively out of pocket! Won't be using again.

Fabulous thank you. 10 min easy walk to airport. Great communication. We were also 20 mins late for pick up (delayed flight) and the owner was very understanding.
