Great for what we were looking for

Excellent experience. Drove straight there, safe and reasonably priced. Twelve hours parking inner city for a tenner!!

Car park well located for venue I was attending, JustPark instructions to access the park were clear, and worked. Much better experience than I'm used to from this provider.

Had very bad experience in parking here. The bay did not fit my entire car and although the parking area is pitch dark and deserted and you have supporting pillars here and there , it was very tough for me to take my vehicle out and I accidentally bumped into one the the pillars while reversing and did not see anything while reversing. Always you need to enter the code to get the shutter open and close. I would never recommend this place.

It was so easy to park here and right next to the O2 where we were going. Great location for the hippodrome and the Bristol Beacon.

Absolutely brilliant! We went to the O2 which is literally round the corner, a superb little car park which is secure and safe! The app worked brilliantly and the street view was helpful! It's not like me to leave a review of a car park spot, but this was simply brilliant! Definitely will use again

You need to use the directions in the app to find the space because once you are there you need to press a button on the app to confirm that you are there and open the security door

Secure and well lit

The open shutter link didn't work in the App and the provided code didn't work in the external keypad. After calling JustPark support the shutters was eventually opened for us. On leaving the carpark on foot, we encountered a manual key code lock on the gate but had no code for it, so once outside the carpark had no way of re entering later to collect our vehicle. Another call to JustPark support ensured me that they were open late enough to be able to call later and get the shutter opened so we could get back in. Had we been staying later than 6pm however, your support lines are apparently closed so we would have had no access to our vehicle until the following day and as we had no accommodation in Bristol this could have proved VERY costly.
