The entry would not accept my reference number. Had to pay to park elsewhere. Will not use Just Park again.

It took ages to find no signs, also the barrier would not open even when you pressed the open barrier, then could not get out when wanted to leave I had to get out of the car walk through the door and open the shutter from outside, tried to call emergency number and no one answered, would not use this car park again very disappointed.

I found the carpark easily following the instructions given. The carpark entrance barrier would not open with either the entrance pin or using the button in the app. I had to phone the helpline but the operator could not open the barrier remotely. After being delayed for around half an hour, I decided to enter using the exit gate, which the operator did not recommend, however I could not find an alternative way to enter the carpark. Leaving my vehicle was very worrying as I was concerned that I might have similar problems accessing my car by foot, or exiting the carpark at the end of my stay. I also had to extend my booking by 30 mins due to the delay, incurring a further cost.

We could not access the carpark via the entrance by using the app or key code. We had to enter using the exit. We had people waiting behind and they had android so were worried they would not be able to exit so we all agreed to leave the side door open so they could get back into the parking. Great location, great price but sort the door out.
