You need to use the directions in the app to find the space because once you are there you need to press a button on the app to confirm that you are there and open the security door

The open shutter link didn't work in the App and the provided code didn't work in the external keypad.
After calling JustPark support the shutters was eventually opened for us.
On leaving the carpark on foot, we encountered a manual key code lock on the gate but had no code for it, so once outside the carpark had no way of re entering later to collect our vehicle.
Another call to JustPark support ensured me that they were open late enough to be able to call later and get the shutter opened so we could get back in.
Had we been staying later than 6pm however, your support lines are apparently closed so we would have had no access to our vehicle until the following day and as we had no accommodation in Bristol this could have proved VERY costly.

Concerned as some beg reviews. However both app button and pin worked. It was easy to find.
Perfect for my Kia picanto but a merc would na fit .
