The gates to the school were locked so we had to pay to park elsewhere. Not good! please can you refund payment.

The parking isn't right next to the school so needed to drive back around and check map to locate the spaces but this is a minor point and now having been there once it's very easy to find. Just about a ten minute walk to Ashton Gate and even shorter walk to the bottom of North Street

Really difficult to find and when we did find it, there was no spaces left! Unsecure as well so people were just parking in there who hadn't booked, ended up parking on a side road! Luckily it was Sunday otherwise would have had to pay again to park as all the surrounding roads are metered - waste of money and time. Would like a refund as I was not able to park where I had paid!
