I have used your parking space on numerous occasions and had no issues. This occasion I prebooked a space and paid for it. Said find an available bay and park in it on the instructions. There were NO bays left. I went and spoke to the lady at the gate she said 'oh really park anywhere you can find that won't block anyone in'. So I ended up abandoning my car on a bit of the carpark. There was a queue of cars waiting to come in and they were taking payment on the gate still as well. How can you pay for a space and a parking bay/space not be available?

It terms of booking, it was very quick and easy to do online. Confirmation came through straight away and I had no issues. When I turned up to the car park it was very clear it had been overbooked and we had to try and squeeze in somewhere. The car park was manned but even though they took my details they still needed the proof of confirmation which for some reason wouldn’t load on the app
