Excellent first experience. Easy to find (although directions to the hotel rear not front would have been helpful), secure, pressing open on the barrier worked seamlessly on entry and exit. Will definitely use the app again.

the postcode takes you to the front of the hotel, think the directions could be a little clearer but great central parking space right in the city centre

All good except the Just Park pin pad on the exit barrier wasn't working! A hotel employee with a swipe card opened the barrier for me.

I parked in this car park on consecutive days but both times could not exit because the barrier would not open. On one occasion I was on hold for 15 mins to Just Park to try to get the barrier open. Exiting is difficult because of the traffic especially if you need to get into the lanes for M32.

Convenient parking for city centre but not the nicest of car parks and the barrier wouldn't open when we tried to exit so had to spend 5 minutes on the phone to support before we could leave.

Dodgy looking car park. I personally wouldn't leave a nice car here overnight and I didn't , even though I'd paid for it.
