Do not park here! There are no machines to tell you what time you arrived so you have to guess! I guessed and was over by 12 minutes, no grace given and £100 fine! DO NOT PARK HERE! Ran by robbers

On the app it didn't show arrival time, it would help to have a camera log you in so you know how long to pay for on exit. Also little signage on cost of parking

Found it very confusing that I had to pay for parking when I left, so I had to remember what time I arrived!? All other car parks you pay up front.

yet again the pay station not working and I have had to pay more to pay on app and others how don't have app not paying at all

Signage was VERY confusing. All signs indicated disabled parking was free for three hours. There was no indication anywhere that to pay for parking an app was needed. This info came from another driver. The app had no reference to blue badge parking. As a disabled driver this caused a great deal of stress and confusion. Why were the three notices I saw give wrong information? And incidentally each notice gave different wrong . infirmatin
