The space owner was brilliant, I spoke with her a few days prior and she was extremely helpful in advising how easy it was to access the stadium. Arrived at the parking location easily but had some confusion as it was not clear where to park, looking for a corresponding number when all parking spaces were lettered? I did not have any prior information about the lettering system. I was very grateful that the lady answered her phone when I rang once on site to ask which space I needed., she was extremely helpful but I felt bad bothering her. I believe others have found this confusing in the past so a clearer detail of the space would be helpful. It was only by chance that I found her phone no. In my recent call history as trying to look back at the booking where I first found it, seemed this was no longer accessible?? Thanks to the space owner all was ok in the end and location was ideal, just something to note for the App and information provided for future users they need to know the two letter system for identifying exact space to use, this is a big car park. Thank you again to the space owner, would definitely use/recommend again

a really great spot for getting to Ashton Gate stadium, especially if like me you need to avoid the traffic to head north or east

I need a refund as someone else had parked there and I couldn't park my car

there is no google street view of the space available so didnt have any idea where the space was when I arrived. I had to get out of the car and walk around to find it as it was dark and couldn't see the space locator on the floor. All was good once I found where it was.
