The exit ramp is extremely steep and the car bottomed out when we tried to exit. won't use this again. only have a standard estate car. would be better suited to shorter car or small SUV with greater ground clearance.

On a one way street with a long distance to travel if passed by mistake. I was in a rush and coulsnt quite tell from.the picture where to turn. Fortunately was able to reverse up the one way street to get back.to the entrance. Once in the carpark, again, it wasnt clear how to get out by foot. A sign at the stairs (door locked) said walk up toward ramp and it will open. Which didnt work. It turns out there is more than one ramp, which i fugured out after feeling a bit trapped in the dungeon :). Signeage on entry and for pedestrians needs to be much clearer. Not good if in a rush.

Great car park. Secure and good size spaces. Central city location. Will definitely be using again

Difficult to find, on a narrow road with impatient drivers behind. In the end I gave up and used the NCP.

Firstly. Absolutely great parking. Loads of availability during a busy work week in Bristol. Comfortable size spots and felt comfortable leaving the car here. With keypad entry and exit I felt the car was pretty secure. Just two "bad" points. 1. It was really hard to find. I drove in circles a few times trying to find the entrance (and it's all one way roads). The easiest way I would describe is as you're facing the NCP Parking entrance it's immediately to the left and on the other side of the road. Note NCP is NOT this JustPark location. 2. The exit. If you have a low ride vehicle. (unmodified Audi A6 Estate in my case) on exit you will scrape the underside of your car quite heavily. The angle of the exit ramp is to steep when it meets the street and will cause long wheelbase/low vehicles to bottom out. Other than that. Absolutely great parking will use again, although I'm a little conscious of the vehicle bottoming on exit.

Very tight squeeze. Space owner could make it clearer there's an entry and separate exit ramp. Space is great for centre of Bristol though, and keenly-priced.

Pedestrian exit not clear: walk towards the exit barrier to make it go up so you can get out and walk in the way you drove in (press button to ask reception to raise the barrier for you)

Two huge issues with this place: 1. To exit on foot you have to walk up the exit ramp, which felt incredibly unsafe. 2. The lip at the exit ramp was so high it banged the bottom of our car. Really worried about lasting damage! Definitely won't be using again and would recommend steering clear if you don't want to damage your car (or risk being run over while on foot)!

I could not get under your 1.8 height restriction barrier in my Vito campervan so did not park there.
