When driving through the entrance go round to the right and the parking space is directly ahead. Marked 3 on the floor. Please park your car parallel to the building but ensure you are within the lines and be respectful of the other cars in the car park whilst allowing access to the side of the building.

Good communication with owner. Replied very promptly.
Space is large enough to fit large 4x4 but would advise reversing into the space - meaning reverse up the curved driveway for easy access leaving.
Felt safe leaving my car there. We returned late at night and there is a light on the property that is motion activated for safety.

Only gave a 4 stars as I have since parked in the same area but a different bay and this was cheaper.
Both spaces are equal in space access and security and both are a reasonable price. Hence I’m struggling to determine why this one is more expensive
