The supplied access code failed to open the barrier, an updated code also failed to work. The barrier intercom was not answered. Had to seek alternative parking, spoiled our evening.

I was unable to access the car park on arrival. The code that was sent in the information did not work. I was unable to speak to anyone to rectify the problem, so had to park elsewhere at extra cost
