Please note the car park is narrow, please take care when entering/exiting your space.

I have read the reply posted to Trustpilot for my previous comment and wish to add that I did ring the help line on that number given and was sent a message which purported to help to amend a booking. That was when the problem of non availability arose. I chatted with the bot about this but the bot did not understand and repeated its advice in line with the text message. The website showed that space was available and I have a screenshot confirming this.
There was no opportunity to speak to a human to resolve the issue and that is why justpark gets only 1*
I still need parking in Bristol but will not be using justpark unless i am refunded my payment.

Terrible car park the lanes were so tight it was impossible not to scuff your wheels! Significant damage done to my alloy. If you have an SUV or a car bigger than a mini or Yaris don’t park here! I won’t be parking there again.

The car park is locked overnight, very easy and straightforward. great location.
we left car from sat lunchtime till Monday am. very easy with just park.....email code for exit and entrance. would recommend.

Was unclear what happens when keying JustPark security code on entry. Tried a number of times before parking card issued was not sure if this would let us out?
Similarly no direction to an allotted parking space so just parked on level J
