The signage that we were told to look out for (in the direction information) was missing from the parking spot however the photograph supplied made it easy to find. It is up a very steep hill but this was evident before we booked. Good size parking space and I’d recommend it and would use it again if required.

Good place to park with a sea view. Steep hill to walk back up to collect.

It was a great space - enough room for 3 cars. It was very dark when I returned at 10.30pm and really dark going around the bend. would have liked to have had a torch with me. As a lone female, I felt a little bit vulnerable walking back to my car. The hill going up was really steep and those with respritory issues this could have found it a challenge. Not easy for prams or wheelchairs.

Perfect for us. We parked here and did the costal walk to Dartmouth, taking the bus right back to the bottom of the lane. The road is pretty steep, absolutely fine for us but maybe not ideal for the elderly? I accidentally left my side lights on, and the host sent me a text to let me know which was super helpful!

Excellent communication from owner, was great knowing I was visiting Brixham on a Bank Holiday and did have to worry about finding a parking space as that’s proved difficult on previous visits.
