Paid and booked a space in advance but it did not not work, as the barrier did not lift and I had to take a ticket to get in. On leaving my colleague in same situation tried to get through the barrier but it did not lift and he had to reverse all the traffic to get back to car oark and we all had to pay again in order to get out. No one available on site to help. No phone number or email address. Cost 5 of us £23 each to park for the day!!!

Booked in advance, waste of time. Carl park would not let me in despite 'app' saying it would. As of now I have had to pay twice. Do not book, pay on the day
