Disabled spaces tight and limited space

ripped off for being over by a few minutes, in a very busy and full car park, time taken to find space and get the app downloaded and set up and paid, cost me £100, robbing con artists. taking into account documented health issues and the amount of traffic that day. proves anpr is a weapon to rob motorists.

Whilst there is a large area of parking available the quality of the car park is quite poor. Most of the lines are worn a way and as a result cars are parking all over the place. There’s not a safe walking area for pedestrians marked out and the bays that are marked appear quite narrow. Some works are needed to improve this car park, which should be affordable given the revenue it must attract because of its location.

No road markings for exit and new to area so weren't sure exactly if we went out right way

Only possible to pay in 2 hours fractions through the app, it's not too convenient.

The just park app was unhelpful and we tried to extend our parking for an additional hour whilst out and about and the app just kept crashing. Eventually we had no choice but to get back to the car and leave by which time we were 30mins late! Very disappointed

Old-established car park with narrow spaces; needs updating to widen the spaces in my opinion, as I had to squeeze in-between two cars and there was not much space to open the doors. Also for some unknown reason there were about 20 spaces cordoned off and unused; and a narrow exit didn't help either!

I was fined for none payment of parking fee!
