This is completely beyond the owners control but be aware that the property is near to the rear entrance of a school and drop-off and pick-up times will impact access to the parking space. I was unable to access the space when I arrived due to an inconsiderate driver parking across the owner’s driveway - not the space owner’s fault. The road was full of cars parked without consideration whilst the parents collected their children. This is obviously a short period of time but just needs to be considered. Otherwise the space was large and safe. It took me approx. 13 minutes to walk to Frimley Park Hospital.
