This parking space is located on Canterbury Street which runs parallel to Huntingdon Road at the point in the street close to Halifax Road (see map in photos as Canterbury Street winds around a little). It is very close to Murray Edwards, Fitzwilliam, St Edmund’s and Lucy Cavendish Colleges and just 10 minutes walk from the historical Cambridge city center, punting, beautiful sights and shopping. The neighbourhood is well lit and safe. Available 24/7. The space will accommodate any car or van even fairly large ones (we recently parked a 4 berth motorhome there temporarily which was very easy). The parking space is off road on Canterbury Street, it is the center space between 3 newer build homes. This is a wide space but please do park within the boundaries of it so as not to impinge on the neighbouring spaces. Please also take extra care with pedestrians when driving in and out of the space as you will need to cross the pavement when doing so.
The space is not far from the A14, A428 and M11 for those travelling from outside of Cambridge.

At the traffic lights keep straight following the footpath path which takes you past the the University Library. Keep walking straight to the next set of traffic lights and stay straight as it leads you into town, in fact, you are at the "backs" of the colleges already. Some people take 15 minutes to walk but others can take 25 minutes - it is dependent on how fast you are.
