Excellent car park, but very poor signposting. The new electric chargers worked well but had signs which incorrectly suggested they wouldn't work and are not listed on charging apps

To many leaves covering the whole car park - very difficult to see the lines and even see the disabled spots . Also the charging stations for my EV were not working. Concerned about stuff falling out of the trees made me quite uncomfortable leaving my car there !

Great parking safe for my van but needed bigger spaces for vans .. 9.6 out off 10.

The parking itself was good. Enough space and close to the city center. But the experience with JustPark is horrible. The parking machine is not working with the payment cards most of the time due the payment validations since banks require more robust payment validations these days. Then we have no other choice then use the horrible JustPark app and be charged additional fees for the parking. This is horrible and absolutely unacceptable.
